It includes a some exercises for golf and then transitions into the full swing. The lesson can be used at any age level that you think the students can handle using a golf club. Given a warm-up, students will perform flexibility exercises by executing the golf-specific stretches for 10 seconds correctly.
Given a review, students will put to use gross motor skills by performing the grip and stance according to all of the critical elements.
Given an explanation and demonstration, students will employ gross motor coordination by executing the full swing according to 4 of 5 critical elements.
Given a closure session, students will show an understanding of large muscle coordination by naming at least 4 of 5 critical elements of the full swing.
