Do you love sharing student successes and growth? If you've not tried them, Good Calls Home will leave you smiling from ear to ear! We promise!! And this handy log can save your sanity in tracking who was called and for what reason.
This is a one-page tracking resource that's ready to print and go!
How do we use it? We set aside a 15-minute time once a week in the evening or on a weekend to call parents to give kids a specific shout-out. It might be for scoring well on a test, demonstrating kindness or patience in class, for mastering a concept, or for making growth in an area. It might also be for something as simple as using self control and making strong choices. You name it - there's something to celebrate about each student. And those kids you struggle most to find a reason to call about are the very kids who need to receive a call like this.

We feel so strongly that this is a win-win for teachers, students, and parents! We've actually had conversations with parents 5 YEARS
after making a positive phone call that the student still won't let the parents delete the message that was left on their answering machine. That is pretty powerful.
Good Calls Home even has its own hashtag on Twitter and many ideas on multiple boards on Pinterest!
