This deck is a PERFECT follow-up to my Making Good Choices teaching unit!

The following scenarios are depicted:

  • Fighting / Being friendly
  • Raising hand / Blurting
  • Messing around in line / Waiting patiently in line
  • Not sharing / Playing nicely

What Are Boom Cards?

Boom Cards are decks of digital, self-checking task cards that provide students with the opportunity to practice curriculum-related skills. As students work through the deck, they get immediate feedback. A correct answer moves them to the next card. If the student answers incorrectly, they have the opportunity to try the card again, allowing them to master the material.

To use Boom Cards at home and in the classroom:

  • You can choose to use the Boom Cards app (in the Apple Store, Google Play, and Kindle Fire Store) OR go to https://boom.cards on any device.
  • download the PDF for your Boom Card deck and click on the link
  • create a Boom account (or login if you already have one)
  • redeem the link and ADD the resource to your library!

To use Boom Cards™, you must be connected to the Internet. Boom Cards™ play on modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge). Apps are available for Android, iPads, iPhones, and Kindle Fires. For security and privacy, adults must have a Boom Learning account to use and assign Boom Cards. You will be able to assign the Boom Cards you are buying with "Fast Pins," (play provides instant feedback for self-grading Boom Cards). Fast Play is always a free way for students to engage with Boom Cards decks. For additional assignment options you'll need a premium account. If you are new to Boom Learning, you will be offered a free trial of our premium account. Read here for details: http://bit.ly/BoomTrial.

FREE BOOM LEARNING TRIAL: You may be eligible for a free trial from Boom Learning. Read here for details: http://bit.ly/BoomTrial. If you choose not to stay on a premium account after your free trial, you will still be able to assign all your Boom Cards to as many students as you see fit using Fast Play pins (which give instant feedback for decks that are self-grading). You will not be charged when your free trial expires.
