Here's another easy way to teach rules within the primary classroom. You could also tie in Clifford as a literature piece, or add a stuffed Clifford to the center.
Print out the labels for Good and Bad Choices. Use in pocket chart, lay in a center, attach to small dog dish/bowls. Students to sort the bones by 'good' or 'bad' choice. This file also includes a blank set of bones for you to individualize for your student/class.
I've included two worksheets, for students to draw a picture of a good and bad choice. One page is for younger students (draw a picture/label) and the second page has an area for writing.
These could also be used in a 'Reflection' area where students may need a little 'time out'.
Don't forget to check out my freebie for "Enforcing Rules" and my other product for sale "Home-School Rules" to complete your social skills/ character ed lessons. Also works well with Social Studies as you discuss rules and responsibilties.
