This can be an introductory lesson for students to learn expression of 早上好 and 晚安. It first uses different visuals to introduce the concept of morning and evening. By asking students if this is morning or evening repetitively and using different pictures, teachers can lead students to understand the topic without resorting to the use of English. This can be used as an introductory lesson or review lesson. After showing the presentation, you will need to introduce/review the vocabulary with the class by using gestures together with the visuals. For more advanced learners, you may act out the gesture and have students name the vocabulary of each of the words used in the Powerpoint. For example, use your index finger and thumb to form a shape of moon; place both of your hands on your back for "teacher", fold your arms and pretend you are going to sleep for "night"; pretend you are waking up for "morning", pull your skin on your cheek for "old granny". You can use whatever gestures that you felt comfortable of doing to help your students to learn and remember those vocabulary.
