1. Rubrics using Google Forms

This resource shows teachers how to create, complete and send rubrics to students using Google Forms. This guide utilizes easy to follow step-by-step instructions and screenshots. This allows teachers to mark projects/activities and send results to students directly in Google Drive.

Note: This resource does not contain rubrics but rather shows you how to create your own individualized rubrics within Google Forms

• The two types of Google Form questions that are effective for creating rubrics are are multiple-choice grid and linear scale
• You can convert an existing rubric into an image and add it to your Google Form rubric
• You can print out or send the completed form data to students via email by viewing the responses in Sheets

2. Rubrics using Google Sheets

• This resource shows teachers how to create, complete and send rubric results to students in Google Sheets
• This guide utilizes easy to follow step-by-step instructions and screenshots to display an add-on for Google Sheets called Online Rubrics.
• This allows teachers to mark projects/activities and send results to students directly in Google Drive.

Google added a New Feature to Google Forms for teachers so that you can now create a quiz directly in Google Forms.

• You can edit, download, and convert Microsoft Office files in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

• Once you've edited a Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides file, you can then save and share it with others.

• It also includes a video link to learn how to add the Google Drive Plugin for Microsoft Office.

• With this plugin, you can now edit your Office files stored in Google Drive directly in Microsoft Office!

7. Save to Google Drive Chrome Extension

• The Save to Google Drive Chrome extension allows you to save web content directly to Google Drive through a browser action or context menu
• Save documents, images, HTML5 audio and video
• After your content is saved, the progress dialog allows you to open the file, rename, or view the file in the Google Drive document list
• From the document list, you can organize and share your new document

This guide utilizes step-by-step instructions and text bubbles to show students and teachers how to obtain the Save to Google Drive Chrome extension and save content directly to Google Drive.

• GoogleFonts offers a large directory of open source designer web fonts that you can integrate into any design project seamlessly
