This is a Google Sheet that will help you track and graph your student’s progress monitoring data.
How do I use this? First, I take some baseline data. I average the data/dates and input that information in the first two cells. Then I create an ambitious, yet attainable goal. I input that goal into the next two cells. (For example, I want the student to read 132 words per minute by April 15, 2018). Once this is creating, the Rate of Improvement (ROI) will be automatically calculated. As I enter in my progress monitoring data, the google sheet will provide me an estimate on the expected date that the student will reach their goal.
This google sheet also automatically creates a graph of the data that I enter. The graph contains the dates of progress monitoring, the student’s scores, the trend line, and the expected rate line. I copy this graph and use it during goal updates, parent/teacher conferences, annual IEP reviews, and tri-annual IEP evaluations.
