There is a 1 pg PDF file that contains a link to a Google Slides Project: Historical Fiction Research and Writing Project
The Preview is a PDF of all of the slides so you can check out the project before you buy it.
Click the link, select "File," then "Make a Copy," and you’ll have a version of your own that you can edit. My school district was set up with Google Classroom, so it was only a few extra clicks to assign each student their own version.
First I broke my students into groups. Then I randomly selected a decade for them to research and write their Historical Fiction Pieces in (IE: 80’s, 90’s, 70’s, whatever).
For this project, I really wanted the students working together on the same Google Slides project. So one student would have to open up a copy of their slides project, hit the blue share button, and share it with the rest of their group members. Then those other group members will have to go to their Google Drive accounts, select “shared with me”, and enter that same project and work together on it in real time.
