I created this set of THREE products to use in my own fifth grade classroom.
When you purchase this bundle, you will be receiving: a cloze note/fill in the blank study guide, a test with 16 questions and 2 bonuses, and a retest with 18 questions. All of these resources have answer keys included on the last 2 pages of the documents.
Each assessment has a combination of several different types of questions: selected-response (multiple choice), true/false, matching, fill-in-the-blank, and short answer.
