PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This notebook link goes nicely with the Grade 2 Social Studies and Science curriculum. You can look at each community's weather (Meteghan, Saskatoon, Iqaluit, and Edmonton (can change to your own community). You can also compare the weather of all 4 communities, which is nicely linked to Science - Hot and Cold Temperatures.

By clicking on the map on the title page, you will be taken to each community's page. Then click on the corner icon and you will open up a link to the Weather Network. Once the students know what the temperature is, they can then make the temperature on the thermometer.

You have the choice to look at each community separately, or all together and compare the weather of each.
