Teacher Forwards: This assessment was created based on Math Makes Sense Grade 3 (2004 Edition). However, the questions are more challenging than the ones that you see from Addison Wesley; that comes with the text. Make sure you go through the student assessment booklet to see the types of critical and higher-level thinking in your student’s expected answers; so that you can introduce the language that will be used in the grade 3 EQAO Assessments; therefore preparing your students for future success.

You can also use these worksheets for the end of the year math review, supporting your students to be ready for the EQAO Assessments. Also to give your child/student a head start, I would use this assessment for Summer Advancement Program.
