120 Common Core reading cards that TEACH and REVIEW RL.3 Character Analysis, RL.5 Comparing Genres, RI.5 Comparing Text Structure, and RL.6 Point of View are included to make guided reading, test prep, and review even easier. Best of all, these activity cards are aligned exclusively to the Grade 4 Common Core ELA Standards. This is important because most grade level standards are completely different. These activity cards provide specific grade four practice and are aligned to the Common Core Standards and Common Core Publisher Specification Documents.

The passages on the cards cover realistic fiction, historical fiction, social studies, science topics, and poetry to provide balanced review. The questions are written at different levels of Bloom's Taxonomy to help students deeply understand the Common Core Standards.

These activity cards are unique because they actually teach and review the standards plus each set of cards comes with a printable, easy-fold box. As students become more comfortable with the Common Core Standards, these cards will guide them and provide them with practice. (These are the activity cards from my store in one convenient bundle)

The four boxes of activity cards cover five Common Core Reading Standards. The following standards are covered:

RL.4.3 Describe in Depth a Character, Setting, or Plot

RL4.5 Compare Genres

RI.4.5 Text Structure

RL.4.6 and RI.4.6 Point of View & Compare and Contrast Firsthand and Secondhand Accounts of Information
