Students will refresh their memories about what they have learned throughout the unit so far. They will then be divided into groups and given a province/territory to research. The students will be researching elements of that certain location such as; political region, physical region, major industries, resources available, and how industries are/can become more environmentally sustainable. Students will record their research in their social studies journals. During consolidation, students will discuss within their groups important and/or interesting findings they came across during their research.
