128 5th grade problems that are representative of over 3600 related problems. They are all printed in Domain-Cluster-Standard order and have difficulty codes included (1=easiest; 4=most difficult).
This is a very complete set of sample problems for the entire 5th grade--that also includes a few problems that are only for your very advanced students.
NOTE: a caveat here. The problems are continually added to based on experience and paying attention to what other math teachers say and do.
NOTE: If you would like the full problem set for a particular cluster or standard, please indicate that.

[The problems in All WORKSHEETS and PREVIEWS are printed in difficulty (1 [easy], 2 [not so easy], 3 [proficiency] up to 4 [mastery]) order within a skill. The actual difficulty level appears slightly to the left of the DK box of each problem in a very small font. Also, instructional references appear on worksheets but are optional on quizzes.]
As of 5/28/15 I have made the following revisions to this product:
1. the addition of a moderate difficulty assessment (level 2) with answer key
2. the addition of a more difficult assessment (level 3) with answer key
3. the addition of a full Common Core report for 5th grade that also includes all of the skills that I have incorporated into the 5th grade.
THE IDEA BEHIND THE ASSESSMENTS IS THAT IF YOUR Grade 5 STUDENTS CANNOT PASS EITHER ONE THEN, MAYBE, JUST MAYBE, THEY COULD BENEFIT FROM THIS ENTIRE COURSE.
