This unit for Grade 7 Health Education is based on the Saskatchewan curriculum. It is not intended to be the ultimate in lesson planning for Health classes. Although it can be used as is, the intention is to help teachers to have a jumping off point from which they can extend the lesson plans presented to meet the needs of their students. Each lesson can be used on its own.
