This unit for Grade 7 Social Studies meets the specific expectations for the Saskatchewan Social Studies curriculum. However, it is suitable for use in any Middle School Social Studies class that is studying globalization and the links between Canada and the Pacific Rim nations. It offers teaching suggestions for a project and inquiry oriented Social Studies class.
