This resource is aligned with the outcome indicators for Saskatchewan Grade 8 Health. There are lesson plans and activities which the teacher can adapt or use as ideas for further study. I have included my own notes on what worked well for me, keeping in mind that this might not work for all classes.
Thank you for purchasing this resource for Grade 8 Health. The lesson plans and activities are aligned with the Saskatchewan Health Education curriculum standards.
This is not a prescriptive resource. Although you can use it as is, especially if it is your first time teaching this program, it is intended mainly to use as a resource from which you can pull lesson ideas and activities to use as you wish. Each class is different and therefore what works well with one group of students will not work well with others.
I strive to make sure that my resources meet the needs of teachers. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
