My wife is a teacher and her class gets four tests over the course of the year in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. She wanted a quick way to track their progress and print out their individual charts when needed.
That's where I came in. Everything is automated. First step will be to go to the "Classlist" sheet and change the "Student 1-23" to your students names. If you have more the 23 students you can add more, but you'll have to be confident in your excel skills to be able to make additional charts and score cards on the other sheets.
Next you will see that on the Charts and Scores sheets the names automatically updated. Then you can start entering in scores. I put some random numbers in on Student 1's score card to show you how the charts look.
You literally do not have to touch the Charts sheet (unless adding students.) They are each one page in size. So you can print them all or print just their page, or even a group of pages. BE SURE TO PRINT IN LANDSCAPE (VERY IMPORTANT)
You can add more tests, you can change what the tests cover. Everything will automatically update. If you have 5 tests per subject, fine, Excel is smart enough to figure that out and adjust the formulas for you automatically so the charts below don't get messed up.
