I copy the grade sheet and attendance back o back for my binder and I copy it on colored paper to make it easy to find in case it escapes the binder. I have each of these as a separate worksheet in the same file. I have also included a check-out sheet for numbered items. It could be used for books, calculators or technology (I use it for iPads).
I duplicate each grade sheet and attendance tab and type in student names to save myself the time of writing in names. All I have to do is edit each six weeks with the few schedule changes that do occur.
