(I have aging eyes, so I designed this gradebook template to be larger than the average size). It is designed and made in Excel 2007. Each quarter is two pages long, and made to print on printer paper and keep in a 3-ring binder. Each header has customized places for teacher name, year, subject area, class, period, etc. Each student is given two lines (16 per sheet) or just one line (32 per sheet). At the end of the quarter are columns for average grade categories, comprehensive tests, etc, and the quarter grade. I've entered in Labor Day and Columbus day for the first quarter of this year, but you can customize your holidays, inservice days, etc by typing down the columns as I have done. This template is made for first quarter of this year (starting date Aug. 21) but you can adjust dates to each quarter's needs by expanding or contracting columns and typing in the dates. Easy to type in student names (and numbers) as desired, and follow them across the page with green and white lines.
