Here is a digital file that can be used to keep attendance, record textbook numbers, or record grades. NOTE: It does NOT automatically average grades for you.
This Excel file has 7 sheets--one for each period of the day. If you need more or fewer, just copy or delete sheets as needed. There is room to record 30 student names; however, rows can be added or removed from each period as needed.
Student names, textbook numbers or student numbers, assignment names, and dates of assignments can be typed into the form, or you can print a copy and handwrite in your data. Need the columns to say something else? No problem! All data is editable.
Each page has its own header that can be used to show the period or time of the class, the name of the school, and the teacher name.
Fonts and text sizes can be customized. Keep in mind that this could change the format of the document to some degree.
File can be used year after year after year.
