The Graduate With Success Manual is the product of three years of work by Bill Priestley. Through trials in the classroom as well as in professional life, he designed a manual that helps students identify their passions through finding their greatest interests, strongest abilities and deepest callings (or people the student would like to work for). Putting these things together, the manual helps students create life statements. They can then identify certain careers where these attributes are sought out. By examining the professional and educational requirements of the position, students can map out their own educational maps through tools built into the manual. This focuses the student more on what they need to know in order to make that career a reality and transfers a grade-based experience into a knowledge-based education. An excellent tool for at-risk students that gives them motivation to stay in school so they can "focus their dreams into careers through education."
