First Grade Grammar:
I needed a simple way to practice and assess the language (conventions and grammar) standards. These pages use the simple spelling words that my students are working on and are formatted as simple fill-in-the blank sentences. Instead of a word bank, only two options are given out to the side of the sentences.
I use these materials with my intervention groups, special education students, and summer school centers. My students do well with this uncluttered and predictable format, low reading level with pictures, and having only two defined options for each sentence. I hope your students can benefit as well!
