o Run-on Sentences & Fragments CCSS 6-8.L.2
o To vs. Too CCSS 6-8.L.2

o I or Me? CCSS 6.L.1.c
o Singular vs. Plural Pronouns CCSS 6.L.1.c
This packet provides you with the following resources to teach each of the seven lessons:
• A teaching page – This is a handout that can be given to your students. It breaks down the lesson in easy to understand terms and provides examples and sometimes non-examples.
• A foldable or cutout – This can be used in interactive notebooks or simply as interactive activities. It is just a way to have your students involved so that if they do have that “glazed over” look while you are explaining the lesson, they must wake up and take part in the lesson.
• A practice page –This page can be assigned as classwork or homework, but its purpose is to make sure students have understood the lesson. You can supplement your own handouts or worksheets for more practice throughout the week.
• A quiz – A quiz is included.
We recommend introducing the lesson on Monday, working with the lesson through practice Tuesday-Thursday, and giving the quiz on Friday.
Monday –Introduce the lesson using the teaching page
Tuesday – Complete the interactive activity
Wednesday- Practice using the practice page and perhaps having students write sentences
Thursday – Review and supplement with an additional worksheet if needed
Friday – Give the provided quiz
Everything is ready for you to print and teach!
