Grammar by the Month: March 4th Grade is a set of worksheets that target specific 4th grade Common Core language standards, while including interesting historical or seasonal themes for the month of March.
Topics include capitals, comma usage (in direct speech, quotations and in compound sentences), shades of meaning words, adjective order, grade level spelling words, frequently confused words (to, too, and two), antonyms and synonyms, idioms, context clues, prepositions and prepositional phrases, and Greek Latin Roots.

1 student cover sheet (if you want to make it into a packet)
There are enough worksheets here to do three a week (maybe Monday, Wednesday, or Friday) for the entire month. They can be used as morning work, as a review, to reinforce new lessons, in centers, for small groups, for one on one help, or even as homework.
Topics are interesting for kids and thematic for the month of March, which makes it much more fun than your average grammar practice pages.
