Students will play telestrations (pictionary telephone) in groups of 3-5. Each student gets a packet of graph and description sheets (start with graph then description repeating 2-3 times). The 1st student draws a graph. The next writes a description of the graph. Then next student only uses the description, not looking at the original graph, to re-draw the graph. The process repeats until all the pages are filled. If it is done correctly, students should end up with the same graph at the end.
Students will describe graphs using intercepts, symmetry, positive/negative, increasing/decreasing, relative extrema, and end behavior.
