This project focuses on student understanding of the patterns related to graphing cube root functions. Students create cube root functions and compare/contrast them to the parent function. Students then create a cube root function (that is not the parent function) and apply various transformations to it. Students discuss the impact of various transformations on domain and range of the function.
A secondary goal of this project is to have students work with web-based platforms with which they are unfamiliar, as well as to take information from one program and embed it in another.
