Description

In this partner dice game on graphing linear equations in slope intercept form, students are going to be graphing linear equations using slope and y-intercept. This interactive game is sure to get your students engaged and keep them wanting more! My students always ask if we can play more ROLL A PROBLEM games!

Topics Included:

- Identifying slope

- Identifying y - intercept

- Graphing y = mx + b form of an equation on a graph

How it works:

1) Each pair gets a game board and a dice (or use the template that comes with this product)

2) They will each get a workspace page to keep track of the problems they are creating and graphing

3) Students will roll the dice 2 times to determine the slope and y - intercept for each equation

Why is the is awesome!?

- it's a great review for practicing graphing linear equations together

- you can play this game for any length of time! You can say "complete X rounds" or "play for 20 minutes".

- they have to check their answers with their partners before they move on so it encourages math conversation and independence!

What you get:

- 1 GameBoard

- Workspace page (print more than 1 if your students will be solving more than 6 questions)

- Easy to understand direction cards to give each pair

- dice template
