This is a 2-problem "quick assessment" activity sheet. Students are given an equation in standard form, which they have to rewrite in slope-intercept form, then graph.
This activity sheet can be used:
--as an "exit-ticket" at the end of a lesson on graphing linear equations, or
--as a Warm-Up or Bellringer to review.
There are 2 pages per sheet, to save paper, and so that it may fit in an interactive notebook. Cut sheets in half before handing out to students.
