This four page handout is a comprehensive lesson on graphing linear equations using tables. You could also use it for other aspects of linear equations, like slope-intercept form. I picked the equations carefully, so the students really see the impact on the negative signs on the slope and y-intercepts.
Essentially, I start with a parent function and then transform it in different ways, which the the students graph.
If you would like it in Microsoft Word format, message me and I can email it to you.
