Using the shade under/over method vs. testing a point:
If you find your students struggle with their negative integers when using a testing point this foldable is for you. This method eliminates the testing point and allows students to shade under or over.
Once y is isolated:
✏> and ≥ automatically get shaded OVER/ ABOVE the line
✏< and ≤ automatically get shaded UNDER/BELOW the line
