Instruction file #1 is a 44 page file. The emphasis is recognizing how the degree being odd or even effects the graphs of the polynomials. 16 formative questions are included in this file.
Instruction file #2 is a 33 page file. The emphasis is recognizing positive and negative polynomials from factored form equations and the effects positive and negative functions have on even degree and odd degree polynomials. 9 formative assessment questions are included in this file.
Instruction file #3 is a 53 page file. The emphasis is understanding Real zero's are where the function intercepts the x axis. Also, the multiplicity of a zero is emphasized by revealing how the function hits the x axis. 20 formative assessment questions are included.
Instruction file #4 is a 53 page file. The emphasis is where the polynomial function intercepts the y axis as well as graphing the entire function. Formative assessment graphs are included to help the student try some on their own.

Assignment #4 is a 16 graph assignment. The student is given 16 polynomial functions and is asked to graph them. The student is asked to show the correct location of where the graph hits both the x and y axis. It is on 2 pages for easy printing.
