This assignment is a mix between a project or worksheet on graphing quadratic equations. The document starts with a verbal explanation of what is required for the project. There are three parts:
The students are expected to both calculate, draw and describe the following:
1. Standard form of a quadratic equations
2. A, B, C of the quadratic equation
3. Axis of Symmetry
4.Max or min and its location
8. Three addition points using a table.
11. Direction of opening
Attached to this project is 21 different quadratic equations (four of which are not in standard form), a rubric for grading, and an answer key.
In addition, a blank version of the answer key has be created that can be used as classwork or homework, in lieu of the poster.
