This graphic organizer is a great way to let students graph quadratic functions and identify key features of the graph. There are four functions with accompanying (x, y) tables as well as space for students to fill in the y-intercept, x-intercept(s), vertex, axis of symmetry, increasing/decreasing, factored form, and vertex form. The second page includes a summary with the formula for the axis of symmetry, how to find the y-intercept, and how to find the x-intercept(s).
