This is an awesome resource for any Algebra 2 or precalculus teacher looking to help their students keep their vocabulary, notes, examples and student checkpoints organized. Included you will find two sets of handouts. The first one includes notes that are already filled in, example problems that rea completed, and checkpoints student will need to complete. The second set of notes includes fill in the blank notes, guided example problems, and checkpoints students will complete. The main topics covered/reviewed are the coordinate plane, plotting points, x-intercept, y-intercept, graphing equations, setting a viewing window on your calculator (TI83, TI 84), graphing equations on your calculator, finding the table of points on your calculator, and interpreting graphs. Please note that the last two story problems include data graphs from a study from the University of Michigan that acknowledges and tracks student marijuana use. You may exclude this example and checkpoint if you wish by not printing the last two pages.
