Learning about the translating the graphs of the Sine and Cosine has never been so much fun. These new Comic Book style Fun Notes can be used as homework, assessment, or enrichment. This is a fun, challenging, and engaging format for your students to learn and practice their skills! This resource is designed for Algebra 2, Trigonometry, or PreCalculus.
The pages cover Amplitude, Period, Phase Shift, Vertical Shift, and Reflection across the x - axis. There are definitions and notes for your students to complete along with questions to answer and functions to graph. For differentiation I have included two versions of the definitions page, one filled in and the other for students to fill in. Typed solutions are included. No Prep, Just Copy and Go!
When your students have completed the assignment, they can embellish the pages and show their creativity, if desired. It has been shown that doodling and working with fun themed activities help students engage with the material, and be more at ease in the learning environment. This is especially true in Mathematics.
