Connect your study of alphabet letters to the real lives of your students by graphing whether they have certain alphabet letters in their name.
This set contains the pdf file for graphing printables for each alphabet letter. This includes:
- A full-color graph title that says "Do you have a __ in your name?" (with the alphabet letter printed in the sentence)
- Full-color Graphing category titles composed of each alphabet letter
- Two sets of numbers (1-20) to use to calculate how many names are in each category of the graph
-Two "How Many" cards to use to help calculate the numbers in each category
These files print on 11" x 17" papers. To use, print them on heavy, glossy cardstock (I prefer 80# weight). Cut out and laminate if desired.
Use in a pocket chart with a set of class names of your students. Students can find their name, look to see if they have the letter, and highlight the letter if they have it. They can then put their name on the correct side of the graph.
