I often find over time, my algebra students need a refresher on using y = mx + b, and so I wrote this worksheet to do just that: it "holds their hands" as they analyze a graph and determine its slope and y-intercept, and it leads them up to writing the equation of the line.
This worksheet is intended for students to show their work on a separate sheet of paper.
The file includes spiral review problems.
Please download the pdf preview file first, so you can see exactly what's included; the product file is a word document, which you may edit for your students.
For instance, you may want to change my name, “Mr. Jonnard,” to that of a teacher more familiar to your students.
