Product Description
When teaching handwriting and document analysis in Forensic Science, it is important to distinguish between analysis that might be considered pseudo-science and true handwriting identification. This is a fun lesson that incorporates literacy, hands on analysis and critical thinking so students can draw their own conclusions. I have incorporated some handwriting samples of some well known personalities in the student assessment portion of the activity, but it would be easy for you to modify to add others as many handwriting samples are available on the internet. The lesson is designed in the model of gradual release and should take approximately 90 minutest from start to finish - however, it would be easy to break it into several smaller lessons as needed. Thanks for your interest in my TPT products!
