In this unit students will be introduced to working with graphs. They will start with plotting and interpreting coordinates in four quadrants, before applying this to real life situations, interpreting and drawing conversion graphs, including those with a fixed charge element. Students will then look at the particular cases of distance time and velocity time graphs, before learning how to calculate midpoints and lengths of line segments given a graph or the coordinates of the end points of the line segment.
