This activity is designed to assess students' ability to identify graphs and their inverses visually. There are twelve graphs to match. Types of graphs include linear, quadratic, and cubic. This activity includes intentionally tricky graphs to make sure students are reflecting over the line y=x instead of the x-axis or y-axis.
This is an easy to check activity to catch simple, but common, mistakes. An answer key is included.
I use this activity after instruction or during review. I have even left this activity with a substitute (with a set of answer keys to check their work)! This worksheet works really well in plastic sheets with dry erase markers!
