This is a six-week journal for students to record what they are grateful for every day. Since gratitude is something that should be practiced every day, not just on school days, this journal is set up for seven days a week!
Each page includes inspirational quotes and guiding ideas to help children think about different parts of their lives that they can be grateful for. For example: "Think about your family and name three things you are grateful for." At the end, there are two reflective entries for days 43 and 44. You could make it a shorter project by just reducing the number of pages.
Pages are formatted to be printed back to back and stapled along the left-hand side. At the end, you can create mini-posters featuring the students quotes or a list of some of the highlights of what they were grateful for. There is a page of frames at the end of the file.
