Gratitude journaling not only assists students with their writing, it can help create a positive classroom environment as well as teach students the skill of focusing on at least one positive a day. Gratitude journaling has been linked to decreased anxiety and depression and increased mood, productivity, and overall well-being.
There are 4 different journal pages, each with 2 print options (with border and without a border). You can pick and choose which ones work best for you. One page includes a spot for students to think about who they will affirm that day.
