Hi, there! My name is Tiffany, and I like having options! How about you?
There are a couple ways you can have your students complete this activity, and it is always nice to have the option to change it up in case you need to.
- 1 two-sided foldable...no cutting required! Perfect for interactive student notebooks.
Cover page is for notes on the great thinkers--Info is provided.
Inside students are asked to:
-select one of the people to research independently with guided questions (when, where, what) and write out a short response
-draw a picture to represent this person
-complete a Venn diagram using 2 of the thinkers from the front
-8 pre-made trading cards
students can each be provided with one of these cards and they then have to move around the room to find the other people that they need for their notes OR each group could be provided a full set to pass amongst them.
-1 ppt presentation
if the trading card activity doesn't fit your time frame, you have students that are absent, or you have students that would rather work alone, this presentation has the same info as the trading cards so that students can get the notes this way.
I hope that this product is useful to you and your students!
