Description

Finding Greatest Common Factor is more engaging with a little color!

This set of no-prep, print and digital color by number activities offers options that make them great for in-person or distance learning.

Students solve 20 problems (or 15), self-check, and color in these GCF color by numbers!

Check out the preview above to see what's included in this GCF resource and to see a video demo of the digital version.

Problems require students to:

  • Find GCF of two and three numbers
  • Solve word problems that require students to find GCF

This easy-prep greatest common factor resource includes:

1) Three Print versions

Version A:

  • Problem sheet with 20 questions (7 word problems)
  • Coloring sheet

Version B:

  • Problem sheet with 20 questions (no word problems; some smaller numbers than Version A)
  • Coloring sheet – a little less complex than Version A

Version C:

  • Problem sheet with 15 questions (all questions are also in Version A – this version is just shorter; 5 are word problems)
  • Coloring sheet – different from other versions

2) One Google Slides version

  • Same problems and mostly same coloring as Version C
  • Students type their answers in the answer boxes
  • Students use the ‘Fill color’ bucket to color the shapes
  • Questions are not editable (they are in the background) but the shapes and numbers in the pattern ARE movable.

3) Three coloring pages with no numbers, for students to color their own way, for fun:-)

Great for a sub day or a fun day!
