Description

Dive into the world of Greek mythology while building research skills with this Greek Mythology research project. As your students uncover the personalities of key characters in well-known myths, they will create research reports that they will be proud to display.

Students will be asked to write a summary, draw symbols or objects related to the character, write about the character's family, write about the character's special abilities or supernatural powers, and make a list of personality traits.

Students will also be required to use literary analysis by digging into the stories to find evidence of the character's personality traits.

WHAT YOU'LL GET:

This Greek Mythology project includes research templates for 24 key characters in Greek mythology with a set of four pages for each character: one cover page to glue on the front of the folder; two pages to glue inside the folder; and one page to glue on the back of the folder. (File also includes full color cover pages for students who don't want black and white covers.)

In addition to the report forms, a student research responsibility page is included to help guide your student through the research project.

Greek Mythology characters included: Poseidon, Zeus, Artemis, Hades, Demeter, Persephone, Dionysus, Apollo, Athena, Ares, Aphrodite, Pandora, Hera, Atlas, Perseus, Rhea, Odysseus, Achilles, Hercules, Medusa, Cronus, Arachne, Helen of Troy, and Andromeda.

YOUR STUDENTS WILL LOVE IT!

Your students will love learning all about the gods and goddesses in Greek mythology. They will research, summarize, and analyze in order to complete these projects. Your students will be proud of their finished projects.

Having students display their final products and take a tour through their classmates’ work is a fantastic way to help them remember the various mythological characters.

Prep is quick and easy! Simply print one set of report forms for each student, gather colored pencils, glue sticks, and file folders, and you're ready for a fun and engaging class.
