These nifty little strips will help your students construct meanings of words with Greek or Latin roots.
Ten words containing "ped" (foot) have been split into root, prefix and/or suffix. Students simply cut out the strips and fold to reveal the meaning of the prefix and/or suffix. They think about the parts to construct word meaning then check with the definition on the back of the strip.
A matching quiz, answer key, and sheet for recording other "ped" words are included.
