The death of a family member, friend, or significant other is a lifelong loss for children. It is normal for children to miss the person who died and to grieve the loss of their loved one with varying levels of intensity for some time after the death. It can be challenging for parents and caregivers to get children to open up and express their feelings related to grief and loss.
This sentence completion activity is designed to help kids process their feelings related to grief and loss.
When children do sentence completions, they often reveal more about what they are feeling, thinking, and/or experiencing as opposed to when they are asked direct questions.
You can use this product either individually or with a group.
Included in this product are:
36 Grief and Loss Sentence Completion cards (6 are blank)
