PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Includes a color and black and white copy.
This can be used for students who have had a loss recently, or any loss that still bothers them. There are 4 boxes on this activity page. One for their favorite memory, one for what they miss about that person, one for what they love about that person, and one for what their favorite thing to do with that person was. These boxes can be written OR drawn in. There is also a space for the student to write the person's name.
This was designed for school counselors, but parents, teachers, and administrators could use this when talking with a grieving child.
