### PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

When's the last time you took your own kiddos to the grocery store? Don't they want EVERYTHING? No matter the price?!

Well, teach your school students about the value of money with this interactive mathematics product!

INCLUDED:
6 Department Cards

EXAMPLE PROBLEM: You want to purchase 5 steaks. Students will have to locate steak on the Protein Department page and find out the cost of ONE steak. Then, students will have to figure out how much all 5 steaks will cost - this is where they can add the price of the steak 5 times together OR they can multiply it by 5!

There are 6 different departments that have 4 specific task cards each. The departments are:
Dairy Department (DD)
Fruit Department (FD)
Grain Department (GD)
Junk Food Department (JFD)
Protein Department (PD)
Vegetable Department (VD)

The other 24 task cards are using ANY department. These cards are labeled with "AD" for Any Department.

In total, there are 48 task cards for students to practice their addition skills using money or decimals. Great for a whole-group activity, small group activity, individual center activity, or for an assessment!

Thanks for coming by my store!
